me in trouble again :UNWANTED VISITOR
Last week I suffered from the following symptoms (blame pee em ehss): 1. fatigue 2. mood swing [over and extra happy] 3. slight “depression”; hence, my entry “Frustrating”. Yes, I admit that I was a bit cynical. 4. everything I wore did not meet up to my capricious mood Today, I’m in distress by this pathetic cramp that I’ve been having for the past four hours. When will women be liberated from the PMS and menstruation?!
Don’t mind me, I’m just typing this entry as a guide for men to understand women better. Should a BoyFriend/Husband leave his GalFriend/Wife over PMS?
arrr… what a day~ PMS
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS), also known as premenstrual tension (PMT), is a group of symptoms linked to the menstrual cycle. PMS symptoms occur in the week or two weeks before your period (menstruation or monthly bleeding). The symptoms usually stop soon after your period begins. It can affect menstruating women of any age.
It is different for each woman: it may be just a monthly bother or it may be so severe that it makes it hard to even get through the day. Monthly periods stop during menopause, bringing an end to PMS.

[simplynote:]
BoyFriend: Why are women so emotional?
GirlFriend: 1) Because men are so un-understanding
2) Estrogen, mostly… It influences brain function and emotions. Both   men and women have it, but women in far higher quantities [even more so during pregnancy / period I think]
3) in general for men there seems to be more social pressure to be ‘tough’, ‘strong’, ‘don’t shed a tear’, etc and women more ‘loving’, ‘gentle’, etc
4) To provide balance to a world of logic
5) 3 Letters to explain it all PMS! One word for the older ladies: menopause!
6) because we can’t get enough chocolate, foods and sleep
7) just to express that feeling..become too EMO
8) God made us that way
